Rates and services of our gîte in Ardèche
Rates and services
This year 2024 we are offering a gîte with two bedrooms,
The upstairs bedroom and the ground floor bedroom
Its price is €1600 per week, whatever the season
because we do not vary it depending on attendance!
Per night and for 3 nights minimum: €300
A check for 25% of the total price of the stay will be requested when booking but we will only cash it at the end of the stay.
Plus a deposit check of €500 which will be returned to you
in full if, of course, everything went well.
And finally, except in cases of force majeure,
any shortened stay remains due in full.
Tourist tax €1.65/night/pers
If heating necessary, supplement 15€/night.
Cleaning fee €15/day or €100/week
Any shortened stay remains due in full.
If you want one or two more bedrooms
it is possible to reserve La Troisième and/or La Quatrième
at the rate of €80/night/room or €560 per week.
(additional €5/night for heating if necessary)
Additional bed €30/night
SERVICES
The beds are ready and the bath towels
and towel available
(except bath towels)
Connected TV, internet (wired and/or Wi-Fi)
Fridge-Freezer (with ice maker),
Washing machine
Cleaning and dishwashing products (Organic label)
Books, board games
Private parking and shelter for two wheels
POOL… ?
We don’t have one,… and it’s a choice.
Firstly because there are many possibilities swimming
in the surrounding area (between 15 and 20 minutes),
that we favor the tranquility of the setting,
of our guests, ours too and that given
the current and certainly future water shortage
it is also a, let’s say, “citizen” position…
ANIMALS
We do not accept animals.
It’s not because we don’t like them… Quite the opposite!
But we have three cats who are reluctant to share their territory…
In addition, all the animals are presented as clean and calm.
That is not always the case …
